How much will it cost?
You pay only the price quoted plus VAT. VAT is currently 17.5 %. Delivery to UK mainland is free. commercialdishwasherdirect can arrange delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands but these will be subject to a delivery charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and to arrange a quotation. Please note that if you pay by credit card there is an additional 2% credit card charge.

How do I place an order?
By email - just complete the order form and we will process your order. If you indicate that you would like to pay by credit card we will contact you for your details. Do not email us these details - commercialdishwasherdirect is not a secure site. If you prefer you may settle by cheque made payable to Cairnrose Ltd - see below for address details.
By telephone - just call 0808 1085800. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm. Please provide the following: The product code and product name, delivery address and postcode, a daytime telephone number and email address, your credit card details (Mastercard or Visa). You may also send a cheque made payable to Cairnrose Ltd - see below for address details.
By post - print off the order form and complete and return with a cheque made payable to Cairnrose Ltd - see below for address details.
By fax - print off the order form and complete and return by fax - 01236 721068.

VAT
When calculating the cost, please remember to add VAT at the current rate of 17.5% to your order. Prices listed exclude VAT.

When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of cleared funds and will usually be delivered within two working days. You will be contacted by email or telephone to confirm the order and delivery date. We can also arrange to deliver on the day of your choice so that you are available to check the goods. Please let us know when you order.

How will you confirm my order?
We will confirm by telephone and email that your order has been despatched. You will also receive a VAT receipt by post.

How do I return faulty goods?
In the first instance we will endeavour to have the machine repaired promply by a manufacturer's approved engineer.

If the damage / fault is too extensive then we will arrange for replacement of the machine.

What if I am not satisfied with the performance of my machine?
All our machines comply with CE Regulations and Water Board Bylaws.

If you are still not satisfied with the performance of your machine after our engineers have had a chance to review the operations on site, we will be prepared to discuss a replacement machine, or if you prefer, a refund.
